📍 Location: Miami, FL

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM – 3:30 PM

💰 Compensation: $21/hr – $30/hr (DOE)

This position is exclusively managed by VIP Executive Search on behalf of a confidential Credit Union client.

VIP Executive Search is seeking a Loan Processor to join a respected Credit Union in Miami. This individual will assist members with loan applications, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support overall lending operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, bilingual (English/Spanish), and passionate about helping members achieve their financial goals.

• Greet and assist members with professionalism and care

• Process, evaluate, and book consumer loan applications

• Verify employment, income, and credit data

• Manage loan documentation, approvals, and disbursements

• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, CIP, and OFAC regulations

• Provide exceptional member service and cross-sell products

• Assist with training, reporting, and record maintenance

• 2 years of experience in consumer lending or financial services

• Experience in a sales-oriented or member-service environment

• High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)

• Bilingual – English & Spanish required

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software systems
