Bilingual Window Cleaners New Build ( Spanish/English)

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Window Cleaners for New Build projects, fluent in both Spanish and English. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the windows of newly constructed buildings, ensuring a spotless and professional appearance. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows in new construction buildings, including interior and exterior surfaces
• Use specialized equipment such as scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness standards by removing debris, smudges, fingerprints, and other marks from glass surfaces
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules without disrupting ongoing work
• Follow safety protocols rigorously when operating equipment like scissor lifts or working at heights
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are properly maintained and stored after use
• Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
• Hands-on experience with window cleaning techniques and equipment usage
• Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory with training provided
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and using cleaning machinery
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
