Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold facility standards.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to coordinate tasks and ensure clarity among team members.
- Support a positive team environment by being proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented in all cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with staff and visitors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Flexibility to work on Thursdays and Fridays during scheduled shifts.
