E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate
VIP Barber Supply Inc. — Tampa, FL
VIP Barber Supply is a wholesale distributor of professional barber and beauty products. We're hiring an Order Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack, and ship our online orders. This is a hands-on warehouse role where accuracy matters — our customers are professionals who count on getting exactly what they ordered, on time.
What You'll Do
- Pick items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and order details
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage in transit
- Print and apply shipping labels for UPS, USPS, and FedEx
- Inspect items for damage or defects before they ship
- Verify order accuracy — correct item, correct quantity — before sealing
- Assist with receiving inbound shipments and restocking shelves
- Follow safety procedures for lifting and material handling
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy is the top priority
- Able to lift up to 40lbs and stand or walk for most of the shift
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (order screens, label printing)
- Experience with RF scanners or barcode scanning is a plus — we'll train you on our system
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well on a small team
- Warehouse, shipping, or retail stockroom experience preferred — we'll train the right person
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
