What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment/ Warehouse Associate position at Bearbottom Clothing?
We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team. Forklift/order picker operation is required for this role. We provide on-the-job training and certification. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift/order picker safely and efficiently.
- Replenish active pickable locations by moving cartons from pallet racking.
- Pick and pack orders to ship to online customers.
- Unload shipments from containers and organize inventory.
- Count cartons and items accurately when receiving shipments.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse area (e.g., moving boxes, sweeping).
Requirements
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order and inventory accuracy.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to work hard.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Overtime available on Saturday/Sundays during peak season.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
