Position: Automotive Service Valet

Job Type: Full-Time (5 day work week)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Pay: $16–$19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude

• Assist customers by directing them to the correct department or staff member

• Safely drive and park vehicles within the service area

• Confirm appointments and gather vehicle information (VIN, tag number, mileage, visible damage)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive area

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and compliance with dealership standards

• Create key tags and manage keys accurately

• Remove protective materials from vehicles upon delivery

• Ensure returned vehicles have no warning lights and meet quality standards

• Provide exceptional customer service by thanking customers and ensuring a positive experience

• Maintain uniform and equipment standards (name badge, charged headset)

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles safely

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Prior automotive or valet experience is a plus
