• 💵 $80,000 – $120,000 annual earning potential (uncapped commission)

• Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process from greeting to delivery


• Recommend vehicles based on needs, lifestyle, and budget


• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations


• Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals


• Follow up on leads using CRM, phone, and email


• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset


• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment


• Valid driver’s license with clean record


• Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus


• ✅ No experience required – we provide training

• Full-Time position


• 5–6 day work week


• Weekend availability required (high earning potential days)
