Levittown Ford is is hiring an experienced Automotive Cashier / Service & Parts Clerk / Customer Service Representative to support our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive dealerships, cashiering, or administrative support.
💼Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit card, and check payments
- Reconcile repair orders, invoices, and daily transactions
- Maintain accurate service and parts documentation
- Close out open invoices and ensure accuracy
- Provide professional customer service and issue resolution
- Assist with phone coverage and internal coordination
- Support administrative functions for service & parts departments
Schedule Requirements
5-Day Work Week:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday 7:30 AM - 4:00PM
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Dealership experience preferred
- Experience in cash handling, billing, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and positive attitude
