Overview
Viola Lawn Service & Landscaping LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Hardscape Installers to join our team. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals installing high-quality hardscapes and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Compensation is based on experience.
Duties
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures using power tools, hand tools and heavy machinery.
- Support planting activities by identifying plants, preparing soil, planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and managing landscape aesthetics.
- Help with excavation tasks using equipment like mini-excavators or other construction machinery to prepare sites for planting or hardscape installation.
- Maintain safety protocols by adhering to all safety guidelines during equipment operation and outdoor work activities.
Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience or background in hardscape and construction installation
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment operation.
- Experience with plants and landscape installation is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
