Role Description The Guest Experience Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based at VIO Med Spa in Huntersville, NC. This team member serves as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout each visit. Daily responsibilities include answering phones, responding to inquiries, booking and modifying reservations, and maintaining an organized reception area. The Guest Experience Specialist supports providers by preparing guest files, confirming appointments, and handling payments with accuracy and care. The role also involves educating guests on services, handling concerns professionally, and contributing to a positive, client-focused environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly, professionally, and compassionately with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Guest Experience skills to create a welcoming environment and manage client needs from arrival to departure.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties and Reservations skills to manage phones, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and front desk operations efficiently.
- Candidates should have basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling or POS systems.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a spa, medical office, hospitality, or retail setting is preferred but not required.
