Position Overview

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will be the right hand to our Spa Director, supporting day-to-day operations while ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience. You’ll lead with positivity, poise, and professionalism — acting as both a service ambassador and team motivator in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

This is the perfect role for someone with a strong hospitality or spa background who is ready to step into leadership, take initiative, and grow within a nationally expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and polished welcome to every guest; set the tone for a five-star experience.
• Manage client scheduling and daily appointment flow using spa management software.
• Support front desk team members in client communications (in-person, phone, email).
• Assist with staff coordination, ensuring the spa operates smoothly and on time.
• Resolve guest concerns with grace, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Educate clients about services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Assist in managing inventory and supporting retail sales through suggestive selling.
• Collaborate with the team on creating content for social media (IG Reels, TikTok, before & afters).
• Support promotional campaigns, service launches, and client engagement efforts.
• Uphold the cleanliness, organization, and luxury aesthetic of the spa at all times.
• Serve as a point of contact when the Spa Director is unavailable, ensuring high standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience (spa or med spa preferred).
• Natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking under pressure.
• Knowledge of aesthetics, wellness, or beauty services is a major plus.
• Experience using spa/medical booking software preferred (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, etc.).
• A passion for health, beauty, and helping others feel their best.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Operating hours: Monday through Saturday.
