What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rebar Tying/Heavy Equipment Operators position at Vinton Steel?

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Operate Large Forklifts, Telehandler, Semis and/or Grove Cranes
-Assure the good operation of the equipment/tools
-Maintain the area in a clean and orderly fashion to prevent unsafe conditions
-Collaborate in all activities that safeguard the well-being from the people and the company assets
-Willing to work in a hot and fast environment
-Able to attend shift on weekends
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School
PREFERED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
6 months/1 year in construction, roofing or other heavy labor jobs.
STARTING SALARY:
$17 per hour
**Physical, HPE, Background and Drug Test are required for employment
