Regional Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities across multiple facilities within a designated geographic area to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This role involves managing maintenance teams, scheduling preventive maintenance, and responding promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems maintenance.


• Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and basic computer skills.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.


• Experience managing maintenance operations across multiple sites or regions.


• Certification in safety management or relevant industry standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
