The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper is a full-time, on-site role located in Barrington, IL. The individual in this position will manage day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining and reconciling financial records, preparing financial statements, and handling basic accounting functions. Additional responsibilities include processing journal entries, working with accounting software, coordinating financial data, and providing organizational and clerical support to ensure efficient operations.
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and Financial Statements
- Experience with Accounting Software and basic Finance knowledge
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
