Dimensions Management is looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our property management team. The successful candidate will work closely with the general manager preparing month financial reports for our commercial/apartment buildings as well as other administrative duties and projects. Ideal candidate will live close to the Lincoln Park office in Chicago.Primary Responsibilities:- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records- Compute and record data- Check accuracy of business transactions- Perform data entry and administrative duties- Full time position.Qualifications:- Fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank account reconciling and record keeping.- Skill in website navigation, computer operations and programs including MIrcosoft Word and Excell- Knowledge of property management/real estate business.- Knowledge of Appfolio Property Management software.- Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills.- Deadline and detail oriented.
