COMPENSATION RANGE
Pay Range: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm. Full time, non-exempt.
JOB SUMMARY
The Installation Production Scheduler’s principal function is to support the business operations by coordinating the logistics, scheduling, and completion of all installations in an efficient and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the installations of builder released home sites, including the maintenance of scheduling records, superintendent correspondence, and general oversight of department processes.
- Final processing and coordination of incoming materials for all released home sites, prior to scheduling. This includes balance of daily workload for warehouse personnel, and resolution of delivery issues with various vendors as they arise.
- Dispatch the crew leaders with contracts and diagrams for each job.
- Schedule all released home sites and enter into proprietary system.
- Create daily schedules for all jobs and upload the schedule to our website.
- Maintenance of the Supply Pro program, a builder/supplier communication platform for the scheduling and billing of home sites for various builders. Tasks within the program include digital entry of install dates, verification of pricing for all modules, and digital completion of daily installations to maintain an accurate online record.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year’s experience in the production homebuilding industry or the construction industry.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Ability to present and articulate points clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Must consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive communication is essential in this role.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Word.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
- Office/Design Center: Professional, climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise levels (e.g., computers, printers, and light foot traffic).
- Warehouse/Facility: May be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments (heat and cold), moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
