Seeking a self-motivated individual with maintenance experience, or a strong desire and willingness to learn, for a 266-unit luxury apartment community in Berthoud, CO. Responsibilities:
- Processing work orders in a timely manner for quality repairs in occupied units
- Performing repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move ins (make-readies)
- Helping to ensure property grounds and landscaping are free of debris and are properly maintained
- Additional duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions
Qualifications
- Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar
- General knowledge of basic tools, common appliances, and devices
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain Active Auto Insurance
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
On-call schedule (on for two weeks, off for four weeks)
$500 Hiring Bonus After 90 days.
