Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Create innovative and seasonal cocktail menus that complement our culinary offerings.
- Provide personalized recommendations and suggest food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, exceeding guest expectations with every interaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology and beverage craftsmanship.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- TIPS or similar certification is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
