Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization across traditional search, AEO, and GEO.
- Optimize website metadata, including titles, descriptions, headers, and structured data to improve search engine rankings and AI visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly, AEO-optimized, and GEO-optimized content that aligns with user intent and performs well in AI-generated responses.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, along with AEO and GEO tactics, to enhance organic search visibility and citation in generative AI outputs.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies, foster relationships with influencers and webmasters, and acquire high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO, AEO, and GEO trends, algorithm changes (including AI models), and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage social media channels to support SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives and engage with the target audience.
- Assist in the technical optimization of websites, including HTML, CSS, schema markup, and entity-based optimizations as needed for search engines and AI systems.
Experience
- Proven experience and success in SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics purposes.
- Proficient in using WordPress for content management and website updates.
- Strong understanding of how search engines, answer engines, and generative AI models operate and surface content.
- Experience with social media management to complement optimization efforts.
