Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site sales position where you'll build connections with clients while growing your career with GEICO Ocean County. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll work with individuals and families throughout Ocean County to identify & understand their insurance needs. You'll have the advantage of joining a proven operation with 14 years of success as part of our new Ocean County location.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage proven systems - Implement the successful processes and best practices from our 14-year track record in Monmouth County.
- Cultivate relationships - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate & Educate - Educate your clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions, collaborate with the team in our positive, results-driven atmosphere.
Qualifications
- NJ Property & Casualty (P&C) License required before starting work.
- Strong communication and customer service skills a must.
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet goals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented - you don't wait for direction; you create momentum.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement.
