In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead engaging enrichment classes covering a rich variety of subjects — from Technology, Writing-Intensive Creative Projects, Arts & Crafts, Sports, to Game-Based Learning. Our current catalog also includes STEAM, digital design, entrepreneurship, board-game strategy, app development, creative writing, and more.
Position Overview
We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and creative educators to join our After-School Enrichment Team for the Winter 2026 season!
As a Part-Time Instructor (1 hour per day), you’ll lead small-group classes designed to inspire students and make learning exciting and hands-on.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, or camp counseling)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enrichment classes using VAC’s ready-to-go curriculum
- Create a fun, inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with school staff and parents
- Collaborate with the VAC team to maintain program quality
Requirements
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or youth leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must complete a background check prior to starting
