Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Edgartown, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for listing and showing properties, managing client relationships, and providing expert guidance on buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property market analyses, preparing contracts and property documentation, and offering personalized service to clients. The role requires effective communication, local market expertise, and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth transactions and a superior client experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions, property evaluations, and market analyses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate appointments, tours, and document preparation.
- Proficiency with relevant real estate software and tools to manage listings, contracts, and marketing materials.
- A valid real estate license in Massachusetts and familiarity with the Martha’s Vineyard market.
