Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at our facility in Vineland, NJ. The Maintenance Technician will perform day-to-day maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, conduct troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues, and implement scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additional responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate maintenance records to support the facility’s productivity and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance techniques and schedules
- Hands-on skills in Maintenance & Repair activities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
