Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vineland, NJ, for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist or Maintenance Tech. Responsibilities include performing routine preventive maintenance, conducting various building maintenance tasks, and ensuring equipment and systems operate efficiently. Some HVAC and Electrical experience is required, and certifications within the fields are desired. This includes perimeter checks of several satellite locations within a 5 mile radius via Company work truck. The Technician will also handle basic plumbing and some laborious tasks as needed, inspect the facilities general condition including the insides of freezers at 0°F or below to identify issues, and repair equipment to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment. Large jobs are contracted out, but troubleshooting/diagnostic skills are required to instigate repair orders.

Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License with no pending revocation or restitution - CDL is a plus
- BASIC HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical Knowledge
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Preventive Maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in Building Maintenance and problem-solving related to facility needs
- Ability to stand/work on your feet for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs, safely, sometimes with no assistance
- Strong Problem-Solving ability - Ability to investigate and determine necessary remedial action
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Ability to work safely around trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment
- No fear of heights or tight spaces
- A desire to learn and advance
