Description:
We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of substantive litigation experience, with a proven ability to independently manage a caseload from inception through trial.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional client service. Strong research, writing, deposition, motion practice, and courtroom skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation matters from start to finish.
- Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings ( zoom- in person), and trials.
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions.
- Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and advocacy.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- 10–15 years of litigation experience, preferably in probate, trust and civil litigation, contract law and family law.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Spanish speaker is a plus, but no required.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Local to the Fort Lauderdale area (or willing to commute).
