Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Loader to join our rental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our rental center by ensuring that products are accurately loaded and unloaded, contributing to the overall success of our rental department. This position requires the ability to work Monday - Friday and be comfortable working in a indoor/outdoor eviroment checking in and loading/unloading rental equipment.
Duties
- Load and unload rental equipment on truck, and trailers for customers.
- Help maintain rental yard in a orderly fashion.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Gas and Grease equipment to be rented out to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and attendance
- Ability to handle equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience with rental procedures is a plus, but will train the right person.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in loading/unloading tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced (at times) environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
