Job Title: RN - Unit Manager
Location: Bennoch Rd, Orono, ME 04473
Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
Pay Details:
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $33.85
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,354.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,246.00
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $67.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,600.00
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $70.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,800.00
For Local Candidates pay rate: ($65 For W2) ($70 For 1099) (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)
Requirements:
· 2 years of nursing experience
· 1 year of nurse leadership experience or supervisory experience
· ACLS
· BLS
· ADN OR BSN
STATE OF LICENSURE:
· Active Maine or Compact license
Job Summary:
· Manages RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, assigns duties, and provides guidance and support.
· Monitors residents' care plans, treatments, and outcomes to ensure high-quality care.
· Ensures the unit follows healthcare regulations, facility policies, and safety standards.
. Works with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to meet patients' needs.
· Manages staffing schedules, documentation, audits, admissions/discharges, and performance evaluations.
