Position: RN Unit Manager (Long-Term Care)
Location: Orono,ME
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Employment Type: Contract
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,000 – $2,300
Requirements
- Active RN License in good standing.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
- Prior leadership, charge nurse, or unit management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff effectively.
