Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee and lead all nursing operations at our healthcare facility. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing nursing staff, and promoting a positive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff and nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor patient care standards and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families to ensure excellent care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Oversee infection control, safety programs, and risk management activities.
• Participate in surveys, audits, and accreditation processes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Previous Director of Nursing or Nursing Leadership experience preferred.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption as required.

For Local Candidates pay rate: $70 to $75/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 miles radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $75.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,700.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $41.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1476.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1224.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $80.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2880.00
