Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 17-week contract at Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
· Help residents with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
· Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
· Record vital signs and document care as required.
· Maintain residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety.
· Follow facility policies and infection control procedures.
· Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
Requirements
· Valid New Hampshire LNA license.
· Relevant patient care experience preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work the evening shift and complete the 17-week contract.
