Pay Details:
For Locals: $65/hr to $70/hr

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $68.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,380.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $32.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $720.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,260.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $70.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,450.00

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Rehab to lead and support the rehabilitation team across multiple disciplines. The Director of Rehab will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with facility standards, and collaborate with facility and upper management to promote quality rehabilitation services and patient care.

Working closely with therapists, facility leadership, and multidisciplinary staff, the Director of Rehab will monitor clinical programs, documentation, staff performance, and quality initiatives while helping implement new programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and support rehabilitation team members across all disciplines

· Ensure clinical rehabilitation programs are operating effectively and consistently

· Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional or facility management

· Assist with developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives

· Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards

· Oversee timely completion of clinical documentation and chart audits

· Ensure rehabilitation staff follow all facility policies and procedures

· Collaborate with facility and upper management to achieve rehabilitation goals

· Support quality patient care and maintain effective clinical operations

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience required

· LTC or Rehabilitation experience required

· Active Missouri professional license required

· Compact license accepted

· Previous leadership or rehabilitation management experience preferred

· Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
