Job Title: Ville PM Case Manager
Description:
Ville Property Management provides affordable, no-barrier housing in an effort to help house some of the most vulnerable members of our community. We currently operate seven converted apartment complexes across Utah, providing over 250 affordable apartments, and work closely with community partners to provide housing opportunities for individuals that have previously experienced homelessness and receive rental assistance. We believe that housing is a human right and our goal is to sustainably serve our community with affordable, no-barrier housing, and support tenant housing stability through case management services.
Ville Property Management is looking for employees that have a similar commitment to serving our community. We are seeking Case Managers to help provide compassion and assistance for individuals who have experienced homelessness as they stabilize in housing.
Position Status: Full – Time
Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Includes Weekends)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Benefits: Health Care Plan, Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, and Public Holidays)
Location: 1990 W North Temple
Anticipated Start date: December, 2025
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide trauma-informed, compassionate customer service residents.
- Problem-solve community and resident concerns.
- Collaborate with and support external case management teams.
- Provide individual case management services to residents with the aim of supporting housing stability. This includes, but is not limited to, crisis intervention, problem solving, goal setting, monitoring and follow-up, coordination with partner agencies and community resources, and referrals to local substance abuse programs.
- Keep records, case management notes, and statistical data as required and participate in research and/or special projects as needed.
- Participate in regular staffing meetings and meetings with community partners.
- Work as part of a team that strives to serve and protect individuals who have experienced homelessness in our community.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress.
- Follow strict data privacy guidelines.
- Understand when to refer individuals or situations to medical, social, or supervisory resources.

- Be flexible and adaptable.
- Good computer skills.

- Understanding of the Housing First philosophy. Willingness to have conversations with residents about housing.
- Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to diverse populations. Ability to contribute to the agency’s commitment to enhancing awareness and appreciation of diverse ethnic and cultural heritages.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least an hour or more.
