What You’ll Do
- Monitor incoming service requests from multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms
- Identify and address delays or service gaps to ensure timely resolution
- Prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency, request type, and team availability
- Ensure all service requests are handled efficiently and meet guest satisfaction standards
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of requests, assignments, and completion status
- Coordinate closely with maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and leadership teams
- Communicate directly with guests to gather details, provide updates, and confirm satisfaction
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure all issues are fully resolved
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service—preferably in hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dispatching systems, property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
