MON-FRIDAY 6:30am-4:30pm & every other Saturday from 7am-12pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a General Laborer/warehouse coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
- Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters
- Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
- Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
- Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
- Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
- Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor or project manager
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
- Maintain Inventory organized (basic computer skills a must)
- delivery/pick up of materials
- Input into software system inventory
- basic computer knowledge
- keeping warehouse intact at all times
- daily jobsite purchases as needed
- Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards when needed
- Load or unload construction materials
- Self-Motivated
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up when necessary
- Workers must be punctual and reliable at all times
- Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry

Qualifications
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
- must be able to drive company fleet vehicles and dump truck, must be ok driving Broward county and palm beach county area
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Salary : $16 - $19
