About the Role:
The Center Store Field Merchant partners closely with merchandising leadership, store operations, facilities, and cross-functional teams to support store remodels, merchandising layouts, acquisitions, expansions, and category resets across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for experienced retail merchandising professionals, center store leaders, operations managers, or project-focused retail leaders looking to step into a broader field leadership position.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive merchandising layout execution, remodels, resets, and expansion projects across multiple store locations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, merchandising, marketing, procurement, and facilities leadership
- Analyze retail data, market trends, and store performance to support merchandising strategies and business objectives
- Coordinate store resets, planogram updates, and project timelines to ensure successful execution
- Conduct store visits and collaborate with leadership teams to identify opportunities for operational and merchandising improvements
- Support quality assurance, food safety, and compliance standards throughout all merchandising projects
- Manage multiple priorities, schedules, and field initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail merchandising, center store operations, project management, or multi-unit retail leadership
- Strong understanding of merchandising strategy, store operations, and retail execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt quickly and drive results in a dynamic retail environment
