What You’ll Be Doing
- The "Details" Guru: You’ll be the one finalizing every tiny detail with our customers—from flight numbers and secret pickup spots to safety requirements. If it’s on the itinerary, you’ve got it covered!
- Logistics Magic: Drafting quotes, finalizing contracts, and getting those invoices out the door with a smile.
- The Scheduling Puzzle: You'll help manage our complex driver assignments. It's a balancing act that takes into account seniority, qualifications, customer preferences, and driver availability to ensure every trip is a success!
- Client Connection: Being the friendly, enthusiastic voice of Bellair! You’ll chat with everyone from university directors to high-end corporate clients.
- You’re a Multi-Tasking Pro: You can jump from an email to a phone call and back again without ever losing your place.
