Schedule - 7 days a week with Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays off
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Compensation
$19.00 / per hour while training - After 90 days $21.00 / per hour

Responsibilities
- Clean and detail motorcoaches to company standards
- Perform basic pre-trip inspections including checking lights, fluid levels, and tires
- Monitor and document any issues found during inspections and report concerns to maintenance or
- Ensure all coaches are clean and ready before leaving the yard
- Follow daily schedules and complete assigned tasks on time
- Assist with shop cleaning and yard cleanup
- Help with garbage and recycling duties
- Assist with lawn care, laundry, and other general tasks as needed
- Properly use cleaning chemicals and safety equipment
- Complete work sheets and document work performed daily
- Communicate clearly with leads and management regarding unfinished tasks or maintenance
- Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and chemical handling instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous detailing or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Employees are expected to remain productive while on the clock
- Cell phone use during work hours is not permitted except for emergencies
- Employees must take pride in their work and help maintain a clean and professional environment
