What You'll Do:

• Plan and lead engaging activities that help individuals build life skills
• Support consumers with daily tasks such as cleaning, organization, laundry, and other household chores
• Assist with personal care, grooming, and selfhelp skills
• Foster positive relationships with families, guardians, and case managers
• Prepare and maintain accurate ISP (Individualized Support Plan) documentation
• Coordinate and participate in fun leisure and community outings
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of experience in a related field (preferred, but not required)
• A positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and a passion for helping others

Work Schedule Options:

• 8hour and 12hour shifts
• Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts available
