Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to process cash transactions accurately, and proficiency with POS systems to ensure efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Uphold all company policies and procedures related to service standards and safety
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol laws, and responsible service practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- Must be at least 18 years of age *
