Responsibilities
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements.
- No one under the age of 18 may operate, clean, adjust or touch a slicer a mixer.

Essential Functions
- Sort, scrape, wash dishware, flatware, and kitchen cooking utensils in a timely manner.
- Maintain stock of clean dishes and flatware for dining room and cook ‘s line.
- Exhibit integrity in all actions by meeting company standards in appearance, grooming, security, and sanitation. Always shows up in a clean apron, clean shirt, clean pants, and non- slip shoes.
- Wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans.
- Dispose of trash into outside dumpster and clean trash cans.
- Complete opening and/or closing duties.
- Maintain a safe and clean working area.
- Assist management with receiving and storing food items and supplies.
- Maintain exterior building including cleaning sidewalks, landscaping, and parking lots.
- Demonstrate respect for all individuals by cleaning and stocking bus service areas and guest restrooms consistently.
- Enthusiastically acknowledge guest with the company’s five-foot rule.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping purposes.
