Position Summary
As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will support our team of providers throughout all stages of patient care. Your duties will include:
- Greeting patients upon arrival and coordinating all necessary information pertaining to appointment.
- Creating new patient accounts and updating existing patient information.
- Monitor schedule flow to maximize patient experience.
- Verifying insurance eligibility for all patients.
- Scheduling patients follow up plan according to provider’s recommendation.
- Open, close, and clean office as required.

- Familiar with dental technology, infection control and dental procedures.
- Experience with multi-line phone system and high-volume call monitoring
- Experience with insurance and dental software is a PLUS!
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Physical demands
- Extended periods of standing, sitting, and bending, along with repetitive movements. Handling and manipulating tools, objects, and dental equipment.
