- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Skills
- Proven experience with office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
