Our mission is to build a best-in-class dealer network across Florida and quickly capture market share in golf, lifestyle, and commercial segments.
Role Description
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a dealer network from scratch. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and growing independent dealers across Florida. This is a highly entrepreneurial, field-based role for someone who thrives on ownership, speed, and results. This position is based in Florida.
Responsibilities
Build the Dealer Network (0 → 1)
• Identify, recruit, and sign high‑potential dealers across golf car, powersports, marine, RV, and adjacent categories
• Open new markets and establish comprehensive statewide coverage
• Lead dealer outreach, pitch the value proposition, and close partnership agreements independently
Launch & Activate New Dealers
• Rapidly onboard new dealer partners and set them up for success
• Support showroom setup, demo units, and in‑store merchandising
• Train dealer teams on product features, pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation
Drive Revenue from Day One
• Generate early sales through dealers and direct selling efforts as needed
• Support demos, local events, and activations at golf courses, communities, resorts, and commercial sites
• Work deals side‑by‑side with dealers to accelerate traction and build confidence
Be the Market Expert
• Collect real‑time market feedback on pricing, competitors, and product fit
• Identify opportunities across golf, gated communities, commercial fleets, and rental operators
• Adjust strategy quickly based on market insights and performance data
Own the Territory Like a Business
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and dealer performance end‑to‑end
• Operate effectively with limited structure—help define and refine the go‑to‑market playbook
• Partner closely with founders and leadership to shape regional and company‑wide growth strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealer development, outside sales, or territory management
- Background in golf cars, powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or similar strongly preferred
- Track record of hunting, closing, and building relationships from scratch
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — startup experience is a big plus
- High energy, competitive, and highly self-motivated
- Willing to travel heavily (60–80%)
- Valid, clear, driver’s license
- Ability to manage your own schedule, priorities, and territory
Compensation & Upside
- Base salary aggressive commission tied to dealer signings and sales volume
