Village Dental of Milford is looking for an exceptional Business Team Member to join our growing private practice. We aren't a corporate office. We're a locally owned practice that has served our community for over 50 years by putting patients first and investing in our team.

What You'll Do
As a member of our Business Team, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our patients see and one of the most important parts of creating an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules
- Answering phones with professionalism and warmth
- Verifying insurance benefits and discussing financial arrangements
- Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their next steps
- Working closely with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Dental front office experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person with exceptional customer service skills)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Experience with dental software is a plus
