Dental Receptionist - Redwood Dental of Holly
We are searching for a full time EXPERIENCED Treatment Coordinator to join the existing team in Holly! Our team is passionate about creating a comfortable and friendly environment for the long term patients in Holly. Through our updated office, low turnover and a welcoming support staff, our patients leave smiling and looking forward to their next appointment. Due to recent growth, we are looking to add a Treatment Coordinator to our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
- Discuss insurance, costs, and financial options
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Schedule treatment to maximize provider productivity
- Keep schedules full through confirmations and patient follow-up
- Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with insurance and patient information
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with providers and front office staff
- Comfortable handling objections, questions, and sensitive conversations with professionalism
Required / Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the treatment coordinator role
- Prior experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns required
- Experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing financial responsibility with patients' required
- Strong phone skills, including scheduling, inbound/outbound calls, and patient follow-up
- Experience working with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures required
- Dental office experience required
Office Hours:
- Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursday:11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
