- Develop and implement marketing plans to include promotional programs and marketing events
- Responsible to manage leads, give tours, secure deposits and move-ins
- Create a comprehensive training program for marketing and customer service
- Manage marketing budget and monitor expenditures
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the Senior Living arena.
