Village Concepts of Chehalis – Woodland Village is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead our Health Services Department. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, compassionate, and kind, with a true passion for senior care.
The ideal candidate will value and support the team members who provide care to our residents and contribute to the overall success of our community operations.
Schedule: Day shift, 32-40hrs/week, flexible schedule
Benefits and Pay:
- Pay: Ranging from: $85K-$98K/ year, DOE and licensure

The preferred candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- A valid unencumbered Washington State RN or LPN license
- Development of and updates to service plans
- Overseeing the medication management program
- Leading care staff
- Following up on doctor appointments and clarifying orders
- Strong team building and leadership skills
