Become a vital part of our family owned and team oriented community as the Health Services/Resident Care Director at Village Concepts of Burien, El Dorado West. We're looking for a RN or LPN who is dedicated to resident care and managing the wellness team.
Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Sunday-Thursday
Benefits and Pay
- Pay: Ranging from: $90K-$110k , depending on experience and licensure

The preferred candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- A valid unencumbered Washington State RN or LPN license
- Experience in Assisted Living/Long Term Care assessments and care planning
- Investigating resident falls and other incidents
- Overseeing the medication management program
- Supporting care staff
- Strong team building and interpersonal skills with all internal and external constituents
