Activity Director

Village Concepts of Lake Stevens is seeking a dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, creative, and engaging Activity Director for our newest Community in Lake Stevens. This individual will be responsible for leading our Activity Program.

About Village Concepts: We are a well-established, family owned and operated senior living provider celebrating our 50th Anniversary.

General Duties:

• Develop and lead a full calendar of activities, events, and programs that promote social connection, wellness, and enjoyment.
• Coordinate group outings, holiday events, fitness classes, creative workshops, games and educational programs.
• Build relationships with residents to understand their interests and personalize offerings while maintaining our standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident experiences.
• Create a warm, inclusive and energetic atmosphere where every resident feels valued.
• Manage activity staff/volunteers and oversee the activity budget.

• Must be able to drive our Community Bus
• HCA or CNA is helpful. If you do not have this license, we will happily sponsor your HCA training and certification.

Benefits / Compensation:

• Salary: $26 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

• senior living: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
