What You’ll Do
- Perform carpet cleaning and extraction, unit turn-overs, painting, vacuuming, and general maintenance duties
- Assist the Maintenance Director with work orders and daily tasks
- Help maintain the building and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Support preventative maintenance efforts throughout the community
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Experience with unit turn-overs, painting, and carpet care is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Washington State driver’s license required
